ZetaSec LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”) operates the FarkleScore mobile application (the “App”). We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about how information is handled.

We do not collect, store, or share personal information such as:

Physical address
b. Game & App Data
FarkleScore may store the following locally on your device:
Player names entered by you
Game scores and history
App preferences (e.g., settings, leaderboard data)
This data does not leave your device and is not transmitted to ZetaSec LLC servers.

c. Automatically Collected Information
The App does not collect:
Location data
Contacts
Device identifiers for tracking
Advertising IDs
If platform-level crash or performance data is collected by Google or the app store, it is governed by their privacy policies and not directly accessible to ZetaSec LLC.

2. How We Use Information
Any locally stored data is used solely to provide app functionality, including:
Tracking Farkle scores
Displaying leaderboards
Maintaining game history
We do not use data for:
Advertising
Marketing
Analytics profiling
Selling or sharing with third parties
3. Data Storage & Security
All game data is stored locally on your device
We do not maintain external databases of user information
Reasonable safeguards are used within the app to prevent unintended data loss
If you uninstall the App, all locally stored data is deleted.

4. Third-Party Services
FarkleScore does not integrate with third-party services that collect user data (such as ads, analytics, or social media SDKs).
The App may be distributed through app stores (e.g., Google Play), which have their own privacy practices. We encourage you to review their policies separately.

5. Children’s Privacy
FarkleScore does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. Because no personal data is collected, the App is generally safe for all ages.

6. Your Rights & Choices
You have full control over your data:
You can reset or delete game data within the App (if available)
You can uninstall the App to remove all stored data

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated policy.
